Tony Berkman
Tony was previously Chief Risk Officer for Tower Capital, a $2 billion portfolio of hedge funds. Prior to Tower, he was a Director of Research for the $15 billion Zweig family of funds. Tony was named to Institutional Investor‘s “Online 40” annual ranking of e-finance leaders. He is a board member of Investorside Research Association. He has a BS in Applied Math & Computer Science and an MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
Seth Goldstein
Seth Goldstein, Co-Founder, was Entrepreneur in Residence at Flatiron Partners/JP Morgan Partners, where he built and managed a $75mm portfolio of technology startups. Before this, he was Founder and CEO of SiteSpecific, an early Internet marketing firm that was acquired. Seth was recognized by Red Herring as one of the top entrepreneurs of 1997.
Thomas P. Ivanyi
Tom Ivanyi is the co-founder and CEO of Hampton Partners Ltd., a private investment banking firm established in 1989 and based in New York. Tom has an extensive commercial and investment banking career spanning over 30 years as a senior executive of Citibank, Mitsubishi Trust, Brooks, Houghton and Wilmington Trust. He is also the CEO of iTvTrax, LLC and inventor of iTvTrax’s patented technology. His international experience included assignments based in Belgium, France, India, and Hong Kong. Tom is a member of the New York State Bar and a graduate of New York University, Fordham University School of Law and the Harvard Business School’s PMD program.
Reid R. Miles
Reid Miles is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Miles Howland & Co. LLC, a private equity and hedge fund investment firm based in New York. He is also a Partner and Managing Director of BV-Cornerstone Ventures, LP, the lead investor in Majestic Research. Reid has over 12 years of experience as a professional investor, with specific investment experience in content management, financial services, healthcare, information technology, software, telecommunications, IT services, government contracting, and business services. Reid graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College and resides in Manhattan.
Neville Vere Nicoll
Neville Vere Nicoll is President of Cornerstone Holdings, where he is responsible for the group’s strategy and direct investments. He is also a founding partner and Managing Director of BV-Cornerstone Ventures, LP, a later stage venture capital fund started by Cornerstone. BV-Cornerstone is the lead investor in Majestic Research. Neville has been involved in the venture capital and private equity business for 25 years, both as an investor and a CEO of venture-backed companies.
Bradley C. Reifler
Bradley Reifler was a founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Pali Capital Inc., an NASD member firm. Pali was acquired by the Euram Group in 2001, but repurchased in March 2007, whereby he became Chairman. Reifler resigned his duties from Pali and, in 2009, became the chief executive officer of Forefront Advisory, a global financial services firm. In 1982, he founded Reifler Trading Corporation, a firm engaged in the execution of global derivatives, which was sold to Refco, Inc. in 2000. In 1992, Brad founded Reifler Capital Management, a commodity pool advisor focused on commodity-based and foreign exchange trading strategies. From 1995 until 2000, he managed Refco, Inc.’s Institutional Sales Desk, where he was responsible for sales and execution of global derivatives, foreign exchange, and creating custom investment programs for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Brad serves on multiple boards and advisory boards, including the European American Investment Bank, Foresight Research Solutions, Genesis Securities, and Root Markets. He is also a Trustee of the Millbrook School and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Brad received his degree from Bowdoin College.
